How long do I need to freeze the lollies for?

We recommend freezing for at least 2-3 hours for a fully frozen lolly, although you can also use them partially frozen for a gentler cold sensation for younger babies. Overnight freezing works perfectly for batch preparation.

What can I fill the moulds with?

You can fill them with breast milk, formula, fruit purée, yoghurt, or plain water. The possibilities are endless and you can mix and match depending on your baby's age and taste preferences. Just avoid anything with added sugar or honey for babies under 12 months.

Is the silicone safe for babies?

Absolutely. The mould is made from 100% food grade silicone that is completely free from BPA, latex, PVC, phthalates, and nitrosamines. Every material used has been chosen with baby safety as the absolute priority.

What age is this suitable for?

The Ice Lolly Mould is suitable from birth and can be used all the way through to 6 years. For very young babies we recommend a partially frozen lolly rather than fully frozen for a gentler experience on delicate gums.
