Our Delivery Promise At Lullaby & Lane, we prioritize secure, tracked shipping to ensure your safety essentials arrive safely at your nursery door. Every order is handled with care by our founding team and delivery partners.

1. Shipping Rates

We believe in simple, transparent pricing for our community:

• FREE Tracked Shipping: On all orders of $30.00 or more.

• Standard Tracked Shipping: A flat rate of $2.95 for all orders under $30.00.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

To ensure your gear meets our quality standards, please allow 1–3 business days for order processing.

• Estimated Delivery: 7–12 business days once shipped.

• You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your package leaves our hands.

3. Tracking Your Journey

Once your order has shipped, you can follow its progress directly through the link in your confirmation email. For your peace of mind, all Lullaby & Lane shipments are fully insured and tracked.

4. Customs & Taxes

Lullaby & Lane is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Missing or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that a package is delayed or damaged in transit, please contact us at lullabyandlane@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue immediately.
