Our "Peace of Mind" Guarantee At Lullaby & Lane, we stand behind the safety and quality of every item in our curated collection. We understand that preparing for a new arrival can be unpredictable, and we are here to make your experience as smooth as possible.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. Hygiene & Safety Exceptions
Because we prioritize the health and safety of every infant, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used for hygiene reasons (such as the VelvetTouch Trimmer or the Crown of Calm), unless the product is arriving defective or damaged.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at lullabyandlane@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
